Terms of Service

Plain English, because you should be able to read what you're buying in five minutes. If anything here is unclear, email us before you order and we'll answer in writing.

01Who you're dealing with

Signalyze Websites is operated by Signalyze AI, Inc., 5733 Birtz Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46216. You can reach a human at rafael@signalyzeai.com. "We" and "us" mean that company; "you" means the person or business placing the order.

02What you're buying

One website build for a flat $997, charged once. It includes:

03What is not included

So there is no surprise later, the price does not cover: logo design; photography or paid stock licensing; e-commerce, carts or payment processing; booking and scheduling systems; custom applications or integrations; content written after your site is approved; translation or multi-language versions; and any claim that requires a licence, certification or accreditation we cannot verify.

If you want any of these, ask — we'll quote it separately before any work starts, and you are never billed for something you did not agree to in writing.

04How long it takes

We send you a link to review your site within one business day of your payment clearing. Once you approve it, the complete site goes live one business day later. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Those clocks pause while we're waiting on you — if we need an answer, a document or a file to continue, the time between our request and your reply doesn't count against us. We'll always say so explicitly when the clock is paused.

05What we need from you

After you order we send a short build sheet: your domain, your hours, your licence number if your trade requires one, and any photos or logo you'd like used. We can build your site without it. What we can't do without you is point your own domain at it.

So if we don't hear back, nothing is held hostage and nothing sits open: we build the site from your brief, publish it at a Signalyze web address that is yours to use, and email you the link. Your order is complete at that point — the work was done. Come back with your domain next week or in six months and we point it there at no extra charge, for as long as your hosting year runs. Going quiet doesn't cancel an order and doesn't undo a build.

06Revisions

There is no revision limit. We keep revising the pages we built — copy, images, layout, colours — until you approve them. That is the guarantee, and it is why there is no fixed round count anywhere on our site.

What revisions do not cover: new pages, a different site structure, or a change of business direction after the build. Those are a new project, and we'll tell you the price before anything starts.

07Refunds

Once we accept your order, the $997 is non-refundable. Your protection is section 6: we revise until you approve, so nothing goes live that you haven't signed off on, and the work does not stop because you're unhappy with a draft.

One exception, in your favour. If we decline your order — because it needs something we don't build, or falls outside what we serve — you get every cent back, always. We would rather turn work down than take money for something we can't do well.

Your approval click is the line. We record it with its date and time, along with each time your review link was opened and each change you asked for, so both of us have the same record of what happened and when.

08Hosting and your domain

Your first year of hosting and your domain is included in the $997. After that they run at cost — about $30 to $40 a year for both — billed once a year, with no markup from us. If you're on Signal Care, hosting is already covered by it and you pay nothing extra.

We buy the domain in your name, as the registrant. If you already own one, we point it at your new site instead and it stays exactly where it is.

09Signal Care and Signal Care Plus

Your first month of Signal Care comes with your build, free. If you don't cancel during that month, Signal Care continues at $197 a month, charged automatically on the same day each month until you cancel. We email you before the first charge. You can cancel in one click at any time, from the link at the bottom of every Signal Care email. Cancel during the free month and no charge is ever made.

You are asked to agree to that renewal explicitly, on its own checkbox, before you pay — it is never pre-ticked and never bundled into another agreement.

Signal Care Plus is $697 a month, or $6,970 for a year. It is offered separately once your site is live, because it needs access to your Google Business Profile and your reviews, and that access can only exist after launch. The same one-click cancellation applies.

10Who owns the website

You do. The domain, the content, the design and the code are yours, in your name and your accounts, from the day it goes live. If you leave, everything goes with you and we don't hold it hostage. We keep the right to show the finished site as an example of our work — tell us not to and we won't.

11What you tell us to publish

We write your site from what you tell us. Anything you claim about your business — that you're licensed, insured, certified, family-owned, award-winning, in business for a number of years — goes on the page only if you confirm it's true when we ask. You are responsible for the accuracy of those claims, and we will not publish one you haven't confirmed. It is a straight omission, not a guess.

12Recordings and personal data

You can describe your site by speaking instead of typing. If you do, the recording goes to a transcription provider to be turned into text, and we keep both so a person can check it if the text came back wrong. What we collect, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted is in our Privacy Policy.

13Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. The charge on your statement is SIGNALYZE AI.

14Limits

We build websites. We do not promise a number of leads, a search ranking, a volume of calls, or a revenue result, and nothing on our site should be read as one. If something goes wrong on our side, our liability is limited to what you paid us for that order.

15Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Indiana, United States, and any dispute is handled in the courts of Marion County, Indiana.

16Changes

If we change these terms, the version and date at the top change with them. The version in force for your order is the one you accepted at checkout, and we keep a copy of it. We'll email you before any change that affects an order already in progress.
