Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we have it, who else touches it, and how to make us delete it. No dark patterns and no selling your data — if you want it gone, one email does it.
01Who we are
Signalyze Websites, operated by Signalyze AI, Inc., 5733 Birtz Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46216. For anything about your data, write to tech-admin@signalyzeai.com and a person will answer.
02What we collect, and why

03Voice recordings
If you describe your site by speaking, your recording is sent to our transcription provider to be turned into text. We do not keep the recording. The text comes straight back into a box you can edit, and that text — your brief, in your words, after you've corrected it — is the only thing we store.
We do not use your voice to identify you, we do not create a voiceprint, and we never sell it. To have your brief deleted, reply to your confirmation email or write to tech-admin@signalyzeai.com.
You never have to record anything. The typing box is always there and produces exactly the same result.
04If we emailed you first
We contact newly registered businesses. Your name and address came from your state's public business registration record, and your email address came from a licensed data provider — not from scraping your website or buying a list of unknown origin. We keep a record of where each address came from.
Every email we send carries our postal address and a one-click unsubscribe. Use it and we stop, permanently and without asking why. You do not need to have bought anything to be removed, and you can also just reply "stop".
05Who else touches your data
Only companies that do a specific job for us, and only the part they need: Stripe (payments), our transcription provider (turning your recording into text), our email provider (sending you order emails), and our hosting provider (running the site and storing your files). We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not hand it to anyone else unless the law requires it.
06How long we keep things
- An order you didn't finish: deleted after 60 days, including anything you typed or recorded
- Your order and what it included: as long as tax and accounting rules require us to
- Your site's own files and content: for as long as we host it. If you leave, you take them
07Analytics
We measure visits to our own site — pages viewed, roughly where the visit came from, phone or desktop — to know what is working. We do not use advertising trackers on this site and we do not build a profile of you across other websites.
The site we build for you gets analytics of its own, in your account, reporting on your visitors. That data is yours.
08Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to tech-admin@signalyzeai.com and we'll do it within 30 days, free. If you're in California, that includes the right to know what we collect and to have it deleted, and the right not to be discriminated against for asking — we don't charge more or serve you worse for exercising it.
09Children
This is a service for businesses. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
10Changes
If this policy changes, the version and date at the top change with it. If a change affects data we already hold about you, we email you before it takes effect.
